Let me introduce myself
My approach to facilitating learning is innovative, learner-centered, and outcome-driven.

I am an instructional designer with a strong foundation in curriculum development, learning experience design, and educational technology. After years of leading curriculum initiatives and training educators, I transitioned from the classroom to instructional design to create impactful learning experiences that extend beyond traditional education settings.

My approach to instructional design is rooted in Universal Design for Learning (UDL) principles, ensuring that all learners—regardless of background or experience—can engage meaningfully. I specialize in scenario-based learning, microlearning, and technology-driven training solutions that make complex concepts accessible and actionable.

I am proficient in designing digital learning experiences using tools like Articulate Storyline, Camtasia, and Google Sheets. Whether developing an interactive Storyline course on data analysis or implementing a scalable LMS training program, I ensure learning experiences are engaging, data-driven, and easy to navigate.

I thrive at the intersection of instructional design and technology, using data to inform learning strategies and optimize content delivery. Whether designing an e-learning course on pandas data analysis or developing a self-directed training resource on LMS best practices, I focus on making learning experiences seamless, interactive, and impactful.

I’m passionate about designing learning experiences that drive real-world application and skill development. I’m particularly interested in working with organizations that prioritize innovation in training and education, whether in corporate L&D, higher education, or edtech.
